Panqueques con dulce de leche – Dulce de leche is everywhere you look in Argentina. The ultra sweet caramel-like creation is as Argentine as beef is. Personally, I’m not a huge fan since it’s too sweet for my tastes, but one of the desserts it’s used in, Panqueques con dulce de leche, is something I love after a meal. Panqueques are basically crepes or really thin pancakes, and in this preparation they are filled with warm dulce de leche.
